How do I place an order?
Simply browse the store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to make changes. I'll do my best to accommodate your request before the order is processed.

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days within Canada. International orders may take longer depending on the destination.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! I ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of being an indie author, all books bought through the site are 'non-returnable'.

What if my item arrives damaged?
I'm so sorry to hear that! Please contact me with a photo of the damage and I'll make it right as quickly as possible.

Books & Signed Copies

Do you offer signed copies?
Yes! All copies sold by me are signed!

Can I request a custom inscription?
Absolutely! Leave your inscription request in the order notes at checkout and I'll do our best to accommodate it.
